Job Description
Five Star is on the lookout! If you have enthusiasm, team spirit and love the hospitality, customer service and beauty industries we are looking for you!! We are seeking an experienced individual to act as a liaison to our professional clients in our wherehousing and education division. You will be educating and distributing our professional product line to qualified estheticians, spa owners, and medical spas. If you are good with relationship management, computers, sales and cosmetics, we'd love to make you a part of our team.

Primary Responsibilities

Attend to customer emails and phone inquiries

Organize and Book Professional Classes

Follow Up on leads from advertisers

Maintain and expand Customer Database

Direct professional clients on product usage

Attend professional tradeshows

Job Qualifications

A background in aesthetics/ and or cosmetic sales a must

Previous customer service experience in a retail environment

Excellent phone and sales skills

Computer literacy in word, Excel, Email and database management

Exposure to the spa, salon or dermatology fields a plus

Fluency in Spanish a plus
